Blue Hawaiian Helicopters

Fabulous experience. This was my first helicopter ride and staff put me at ease. Steve was a fabulous pilot and did his best to make sure we all had the best photos and videos. We had a clear day and flew to highest point and into volcano. This was. the only way to truly see the coast and canyon!

Absolutely amazing experience with Blue Hawaiian! Our pilot, Robert, was professional, knowledgeable, and fun! He managed to make this group flight feel personalized to each passenger. There is no better way to see the breathtaking views of Kauai’s natural beauty than from the sky. This is a must-do for anyone visiting the island!

One of the best experiences of our vacation on Kauai. A chance to see the whole island, so much of which you can't see by any other way. The extra splurge for the front seats next to the pilot were well worth it for the unobstructed view. Also loved the sound track that was played during the tour! Steve was an awesome pilot!

Wow! What an amazing experience, and this allowed my husband who is a wheelchair user to see things we’d never be able to hike to (and we were unable to get a boat that was accessible to see the Na’Pali coast). I was a bit nervous at first but our pilot, Robby, instantly put us at ease and it was a thoroughly enjoyable trip. The scenery was spectacular, the music was great and the commentary was so helpful. For wheelchair users, there is a seated lift that allows you to make a level transfer from your wheelchair, you stay seated while the seat goes up an incline, then you slide over onto the helicopter seat. The ground crew was SO helpful and patient. 5 stars all around!!!

A definite “must do” when in Kauai! Absolutely the best thing we did! Kauai has so many beautiful places that can’t be reached by car or boat, this helicopter tour took us to breathtaking places we’d never had been able to see—-and I mean breathtaking ! The staff at Blue Hawaiian were professional and friendly. Pilot Derrick was amazing! He first put us at ease by giving us his credentials—extremely capable pilot. Great storyteller of the land, it’s history, etc. He is so passionate about the landmarks and the heart and soul of Kauai. Great use of music as you round each turn. Just when you think the place you are looking at is so beautiful, you turn the corner, and there is another one even more beautiful! Pictures cannot do justice to these amazing places to see. You just gotta take the tour!!! You have to FEEL it! Never one time was I scared about the flight. We had great weather and our tour was at 10:10. We took some pictures but wanted to purchase the video of our tour with all the commentary, and it had several cameras capturing the footage of everything we saw. Would recommend purchasing video in advance. Saves a little money. Will recommend Blue Hawaiian to all our friends coming here and huge shoutout to pilot Derrick! Keep doing what you are doing!
